These priorities include expanding educational programming to address emerging challenges in healthcare, fostering meaningful networking opportunities that connect members across organizations and career stages, strengthening partnerships with healthcare systems and academic institutions, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the chapter and the healthcare leadership profession.

The board also prioritized member engagement initiatives, professional development resources, and community service programs like Wishes Come True that demonstrate the chapter's commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.

We extend our gratitude to the 2023 Executive Board for their leadership, dedication, and service to ACHE-NJ and the healthcare leadership community across New Jersey.
